Land Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Land Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)      if gazettal day is before 1 July 2014 — on 1 July 2014; or

(ii)      if gazettal day is, or is after, 1 July 2014 — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Tax Assessment
Regulations 2003.

4.             Regulation 12 amended

Delete regulation 12(2)(e) to (k) and insert:

(e) the Bunbury Port Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;

(f)	the Esperance Port Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;
(g)	the Fremantle Port Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;
(h)	the Kimberley Ports Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;

(i)      the Mid West Ports Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;

(j) the Pilbara Ports Authority established by the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4;
