Land Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Land Tax Assessment Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Land Tax
Assessment Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(2) is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after “applies to” —

“ the following bodies ”;

(b)	by deleting “and” after paragraph (j);
(c)	by deleting the full stop after paragraph (k) and inserting instead —

the Western Australian Land Information Authority Act 2006 section 5.

”.
