Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Tax Assessment

2.           Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4 of the Land Tax Assessment Regulations 1976* is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (a), by deleting -$20-	and inserting
instead — " $30 ";

(b)

in paragraph (b), by deleting "$30" and inserting " $50 ".
