Land Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations 1998

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Tax Assessment
Amendment Regulations 1998.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Land Tax
Assessment Regulations 1976*.

For the purposes of the definition of "inner city area" in section 23AB(1) of the Act, the portion of the State delineated and indicated by dots on the plan reproduced in Schedule 1 is the inner city area. 51.

4.            Regulation 3 and Schedule repealed Regulation 3 and the Schedule are repealed.

5.            Regulation 9 inserted

After regulation 8 the following regulation is inserted —
