LAND TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Tax Assessment Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Regulation 8 inserted

2. After regulation 7 of the Land Tax Assessment Regulations 1976* the

following regulation is inserted —

Excluded public statutory authorities

8.  The Electricity Corporation established by section 4 of the

Electricity Corporation Act 1994 and the Gas Corporation established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994 are excluded from the definition of "public statutory authority" in section 5 (1) of the Act.
