AN ACT to amend the Land Tax Assessment Act 1976.

[Assented to 15 December 1993]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows :

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Land Tax Assessment

Amendment Act 1993 .

Commencement

2. This Act comes into operation on the day on	which it
receives the Royal Assent.
Application

3. The amendment made by section 4 has effect in relation to land tax for any period commencing on or after 30 June 1993 but does not have effect in relation to land tax for any period commencing before that date .

Schedule amended

4. The Schedule to the Land Tax Assessment Act 1976* is

amended in clause 9 of Part I by deleting paragraph (aa).
