2 Land Tax Amendment (No. 1) No. 397, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Land Tax Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 December 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Land Tax Regulation 1936 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.38A 4. Section 38A— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Fee for certificate under s.37 of the Act ‘38A.(1) The fee payable for a certificate under section 37 of the Act is $20. ‘(2) The fee is to be paid in the way approved by the Commissioner. ’.
