Act No. 146, 1985

An Act to amend the Land Tax Act 1956 as a consequence of the enactment
of the Valuation of Land (Amendment) Act 1985 and the Land Tax

Management (Amendment) Act 1985. [Assented to, 25th November,

1985.]

Land Tax (Amendment) 1985

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the "Land Tax (Amendment) Act 1985".

Amendment of Act No. 27, 1956

1. The Land Tax Act 1956 is amended by omitting from sections 3A (3)

(b), 3c (3) (c) and 4 (1), (2) and (3) the words "land value" wherever

occurring and by inserting instead the words "adjusted value".
