Extending the Operation of the Super Land T: : ~ ~ ~ ! ) Tax until the Close of the Financial Year TAX ACT ending the 30th day of June, 1925. ! ~ : : ~ ~ ~ ~ IT [ASSENTED TO 28TH OOTOBER, 1924.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Land Tax Act Short tit10. Amendment Act of 1924," and shall be read as onc with *" The Land Tax Act of 1915" and its several amendments, herein collectively referred to as the· Principal Act. 2. (1.) In section 9A of the Principal Act the words Amendment "one thous3.nd nine hundred and twenty-four" are of 9A. repealed and the words "one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five" are inserted in lieu thereof. (2.)
