This order in council may be cited as the Land Sales (Non-Application of Part 2 of Act) Order 1992 . ˙ Non-application of Part 2 of Act 2. The provisions of Part 2 of the Act do not have effect in relation to the holdings under the Land Act 1962 specified in the Schedule.
