Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘20 each proposed lot for the Point Apartments site 4 1 / 2 years 21 each proposed lot for the Downtown—Fortitude 4 1 / 2 years’. Valley site 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Downtown—Fortitude Valley site means lots 0, 1, 2 and 3 on BUP11768. Point Apartments site means lot 7 on SP210985.’.
