Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert — 26 each proposed lot for The Yards Apartments site 5 1 / 2 years 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert — The Yards Apartments site means the following lots— • Lot 701 on SP262955 • Lots 101 and 102 on SP219236.
