Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) (1) Schedule 2, item 5— omit . (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘23 each proposed lot for the 222 Margaret Street site 5 1 / 2 years’. (3) Schedule 2, items 6 to 23— renumber as items 5 to 22. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 3, definition Vision site— omit.
