Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘18 each proposed lot for the Infinity site 5 1/ 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Infinity site means lot 5 on RP813314.’.
