s1 2 s4 Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 No. 289, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2, items 4 and 5— omit, insert— ‘4 Each proposed lot for the Soul site 5 Each proposed lot for the Vision site 6 Each proposed lot for the Domaine site 7 Each proposed lot for the Evolution site 5 1 / 2 years 5 1 / 2 years 4 1 / 2 years 5 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Domaine site means lots 6, 7 and 8 on RP 42010. Evolution site means lot 4 on RP 96362.’.
