Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert — 25 each proposed lot for the FV site 5 1 / 2 years 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert — FV site means the following lots— • Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 on RP44192 • Lot 2 on RP9759 • Lot 2 on RP9758 • Lot 2 on RP42031.
