Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert — 24 each proposed lot for the Abian site 5 1 / 2 years 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert — Abian site means the following lots— • lot 1 on RP40587 • lot 12 on SP231766.
