Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘22 each proposed lot for the Longland Towers @ Gasworks site 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Longland Towers @ Gasworks site means the area on the following lots— • Lot 900 on SP242296 • Lots 1, 2 and 6 on SP229899.’.
