Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert — ‘16 each proposed lot for the Coast site 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert — ‘ Coast site means the following lots— • Lots 5 and 6 on RP7392 • Lots 1 and 2 on RP142936 • Lot 8 on RP55296 • Lot 34 on RP215604.’.
