Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘14 Each proposed lot for the Southpoint site 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Southpoint site means the part of the corporation area as defined under the SouthBankCorporationAct1989 that is bounded by the following— • Grey Street • Vulture Street • Tribune Street • the rail corridor land as defined under the TransportInfrastructure Act 1994 within the corporation area.’.
