s1 2 s4 Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 297, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘10 Each proposed lot for the Gateway on Palmer site 11 Each proposed lot for the Trilogy Tower site 12 Each proposed lot for the Orchid Tower site 13 Each proposed lot for the Empire Square site 5 1 / 2 years 5 1 / 2 years 4 1 / 2 years 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Empire Square site means the following lots— • Lots 1, 2, 10, 11 and 12 on RP97020 • Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 13 on RP602. Gateway on Palmer site means the following lots— • Lot 1 on RP726133 • Lot 1 on RP727465 • Lot 2 on SP168601. Orchid Tower site means lot 100 on RP188933.
