s1 2 s4 Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 99, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) Schedule 2— insert— ‘8 Each proposed lot for the Oracle Tower 1 site 9 Each proposed lot for the Oracle Tower 2 site 5 1 / 2 years 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Oracle Tower 1 site means the following areas on Draft Building Format Plans SP 189371 and SP 189373 — • BUP1 • BUP62 • BUP135 • BUP278 • BUP676 • BUP1024 • BUP2579 • BUP4669 • BUP103535 • Lots 1, 8, 9, 12, 21, 22 and 24 on crown plan B83822. Oracle Tower 2 site means lot 3 on Draft Building Format Plan SP 189370.’.
