s1 2 s4 Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 158, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Period for giving a registrable instrument) (1) Schedule 2, item 4— omit. (2) Schedule 2, item 5— renumber as item 4. (3) Schedule 2— insert— ‘5 each proposed lot for the Vision site 5 1 / 2 years’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 3, definition Baroque site — omit . (2) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Vision site means lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on RP 123433, County of Stanley, Parish of North Brisbane, Title Reference 14503050.’.
