s1 2 s5 Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 294, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Sales Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Sales Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 2 (Fees) Section 2, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1’. 4 Insertion of new ss 3 and 4 After section 2— insert– ‘3 Definitions ‘The dictionary in schedule 3 defines terms used in this regulation. ‘4 Period for giving a registrable instrument ‘The period mentioned in schedule 2 for a proposed lot is prescribed for the Act, section 28(1). 1 ’. 5 Renumbering of schedule (Fees) Schedule— renumber as schedule 1. 1 Section 28 (Extension of period mentioned in s 27 for giving of registrable instrument) of the Act
