Land Sales (Amendment) 1987

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Land Sales (Amendment) Act 1987.

Commencement

2. This Act commences when the Conveyancing (Sale of Land)

Amendment Act 1987 commences.

Amendment of Act No. 12, 1964

Part II of the Land Sales Act 1964 is repealed.
