AN ORDINANCE for extending the limits of St. George's Terrace in the City of Perth, and for appropriating a
'portion of Spring Street in the same City.

a portion of Spring Street: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia, and its Dependencies, by and
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as
follows:

of Land, as bounded in the said Schedule, shall he added to the ad• jacent ground or lot known in the Survey Office as "Perth 'loft Lot, L 56."
THE piece or parcel of land specified in Schedule B, hereto annexed, shall form and be a part and portion of the Public Street called Saint George's Terrace in the City of Perth, and the right of property therein shall henceforth be vested in the Perth City Coun- cil accordingly, and the said piece or parcel of land shall be subject and liable to the provisions of " The City of Perth Improvement Or- dinance, 1858."

IN the Record Book of the Survey Office for the City of Perth, the Surveyor General shall cause to be entered and recorded a full description of the boundaries of the said " Perth Town Lot L 56," according to and inclusive of the quantity of Laud added thereto by this Ordinance, and such description shall be signed by the said Surveyor General, and be countersigned by the Governor lit Executive Council.

THE boundaries of the said lot of land so entered and signed shall be deemed and taken to be the true boundaries of the same, all former descriptions thereof in any Deed of Grant or otherwise not- withstanding, and such Record Book, or a certified copy, to be made and issued on demand, without fee, of the entry in such book, signed by the Surveyor General, shall and may be taken in evidence of the boundaries of such allotment in any suit or cause affecting the same.

St. George's Terrace and Spring Street, Perth.
SCHEDULE A.
PART of Spring Street, Perth, contents one rood, more or less; Bounded
on the West by a line of about three chains eighty links, extending from
saint George's Terrace to Mount Street, parallel to the West boundary of
Perth town lot L 56, and on the North, East, and South by the arc of a circle having its centre at a spot thirty five links within the West boundary of the said lot L 56, and two chains thirty links North North Westerly from its South-west corner.
SCHEDULE B.
PART of Perth Town lot L 56, contents one rood twenty two perches,
more or less ; Bounded on the North by four chains nine links of Saint
George's Terrace, on the South-west by two chains eighty three links of
sining Street, and on the South-east by two chains ninety three links of
Mount Street.
