AN ACT to amend the Land Regulations
proclaimed on the 2nd March, 1887.

| THE rent to be paid for pastoral leases in the Eucla Division shall be: For all that portion of the Division situated to the West- ward of a due North line from Point Culver, for each thousand or part of a thousand acres, ten shillings each year for the whole term of the lease ; and in respect of all that portion of the Division to the Eastward of a due North line from Point Culver, shall be: For each thousand or part of a thousand acres, five shillings each year for the | tie:Iota tDo v bi s | oi dn | i |

whole term of the lease ; and clause sixty-eight of the Land Regu- lations proclaimed on the 2nd March, 1887, is hereby amended accordingly: Provided that clause seventy-three of the said Land

3. THE rent to be paid for Pastoral Leases in the Eastern

4. SECTIONS one, two, and three of this Act shall apply to

5. THE provisions of clauses fifty and fifty-three, and of

| as therein respectively provided, and clause fifty-three shall apply to the Eastern Division in the same manner as to the other Divisions therein named. |
6. THIS Act shall be read and construed with the Land

| to be read together. | Regulations are not repugnant to this Act, and- shall come into operation on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three. |
