s1 2 s3 Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) No. 58, 2003 (Postponement) Regulation 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) (Postponement) Regulation 2003 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 24 April 2004. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of the LandProtection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 26 April 2004.
