Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Protection (Pest and StockRoute Management) Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Class 1 pest plants, and class 2 and 3 pests) (1) Schedule 2, part 1— insert— ‘• yellow ginger ( Hedychium flavescens )’. (2) Schedule 2, part 3, division 2— insert— ‘• kahili ginger ( Hedychium gardnerianum ) • white ginger ( Hedychium coronarium )’.
