Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Protection (Pest and StockRoute Management) Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 6A (Local governments that may build declared pest fence—Act, s 48) Section 6A(b), ‘Goondiwondi’— omit, insert— ‘Goondiwindi’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Class 1 pest plants, and class 2 and 3 pests) (1) Schedule 2, part 1, section 1, entry for acacias non-indigenous to Australia— omit, insert— ‘• acacias non-indigenous to Australia ( Acaciella spp., Mariosousa spp., Senegalia spp. (other than Senegalia albizoides ) and Acacia spp. (syn. Vachellia spp.) other than Acacia nilotica and Acacia farnesiana )’. (2) Schedule 2, part 2, division 2, section 3, entry for kudzu— omit. (3) Schedule 2, part 2, division 2, section 3— insert— ‘• gamba grass ( Andropogon gayanus ) • kudzu ( Pueraria montana var. lobata syn.
