s1 2 s5 Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) No. 337, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Land Protection (Pest and StockRoute Management) Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Building lines for declared pest fences—Act, s 47) (1) Section 6(1)(a), after ‘dingoes’— insert— ‘and dogs other than domestic dogs’. (2) Section 6(1)(a)(i), ‘main dingo’— omit, insert— ‘wild dog’. (3) Section 6(1)(a)(ii), ‘dingo’— omit, insert— ‘wild dog’. 4 Amendment of s 8C (Prescribed education program) Section 8C(2), after ‘pest animal’— insert— ‘, other than a European rabbit (domestic breeds only),’. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Class 1 pest plants, and class 2 and 3 pests) (1) Schedule 2, section 1, entries for acacias, myrica, piper, thunbergia and willow— omit.
