The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Prescribed classes of works—definition of “public works” in section 4 of the Act

2.  Regulation 3 of the Land (Planning and Environment) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) “July ” and substituting “October”.
