Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Land (Planning and Environment) Amendment Regulation 2005 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Land (Planning and Environment) Regulation 1992.

4. Dictionary, definition of reticulated services

   substitute

   reticulated services means—

   (a)electricity, water, drainage, gas, communications or similar services the provision of which allows for direct access to and use of the services by the occupiers of individual parcels of land; or

   (b)mobile telecommunications services.
