Made under the Land Legislation Amendment Act 2015 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation

This proclamation is the Land Legislation Amendment Act 2015
Commencement Proclamation 2015.
2. Commencement (other than Part 1)

The Land Legislation Amendment Act 2015, other than Part 1,
comes into operation on 30 June 2015.

Note:

Under the Land Legislation Amendment (Taxing) Act 2015 section 2(b), the provisions of that Act, other than Part 1, come into operation when the Land Legislation Amendment Act 2015 section 3 comes into operation.
