Land, Explosives and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2020 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Land, Explosives and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2020.

2   Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions

(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 29 March 2021.

(2)In this section—

postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Land, Explosives and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019 stated in schedule 1.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 31 March 2021.
