LANI DRAINAGE AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1992

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia, with the approval of the Minister for Water Resources, for the purposes of section 90 of the Land

Drainage Act 1925.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Land Drainage Amendment

By-laws 1992.

Principal by-laws

2.       In these by-laws the Land Drainage By-laws 1986* are referred to as the

principal by-laws.

By-law 8A inserted

3. After by-law 8 of the principal by-laws the following by-law is

inserted -

Amounts rounded

8A. Where a rate or charge, determined in accordance with the Act, is an amount which is not a whole number multiple of 5 cents the amount shall be rounded up or down, as the case may be, to the nearest whole number multiple of 5 cents.

Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted

4.      The Schedule to the principal by-laws is repealed and the following

Schedule is substituted -

Approved- ERNIE BRiDGE, Minister for Water Resources.

Minimum rate in respect of the

rating year ending 30 June 1993 $18.10 ".
