LAND DRAINAGE AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1991

Made by the Water Authority of Western Australia, with the approval of the Minister for Water Resources, for the purposes of section 90 of the Land Drainage Act 1925.

Citation

1.These by-laws may be cited as the Land Drainage Amendment By-laws

1991.

Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted

2. The Schedule to the Land Drainage By-laws 1986* is repealed and the

following Schedule is substituted—

SCHEDULE

(By-law 9)

Minimum rate in respect of the rating year ending 30 June

1992    $17.94 ".
