s1 2 s6 Land Court Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2007 No. 286, 2007 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Land Court Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Rules amended This rule amends the Land Court Rules 2000. 3 Amendment of r 5 (Definitions) Rule 5, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert — ‘schedule 2’. 4 Amendment of r 23 (Expert evidence) Rule 23(1), after ‘must’— insert— ‘file and’. 5 Amendment of r 26 (Judicial registrar’s power to hear and decide matters) (1) Rule 26(e)— renumber as rule 26(f). (2) Rule 26— insert— ‘(e) a matter directed by the president in writing that is a matter mentioned in schedule 1;’. 6 Amendment of schedule (Dictionary) Schedule— number as schedule 2.
