1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Land and Water Resources Research and Development Corporation (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2009.

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 31 December 2009.

1. Repeal

The Land and Water Resources Research and Development Corporation Regulations are repealed.

1. Amendment of Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997.

1. Amendment of Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001

Schedule 2 amends the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001.
