1.Citation

This proclamation is the Land and Public Works Legislation Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Land and Public Works Legislation Amendment Act 2023 sections 6, 29, 30 and 31 and Part 4 Division 5 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
