BE i t enac ted by the Queen ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majes ty , by and wi th t h e advice a n d consent of t h e Legislat ive Counci l and Legislat ive

Assembly of N e w Sou th W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled, and by t h e

au thor i ty of the same, as follows :—

1. For and in respect, of t he p a y m e n t wi thou t fine of amounts

payable for land t ax for t he year one thousand e ight hund red and ninety-s ix , the period of s ixty days prescribed in section for ty-eight of t he L a n d and I n c o m e T a x Assessment A c t of 1895 is hereby extended to n ine ty clear days after the same has become payable in the case of lands s i tuate wi th in t he coun ty of Cumber land , a n d is hereby extended to one h u n d r e d and t w e n t y clear days after t h e same has become payab le in t he case of lands s i tuate outs ide t he said county of Cumber land . And for and in respect of t he proceedings for recovery of a m o u n t s payable for land tax for t h e year one thousand eight h u n d r e d a n d ninety-s ix , t he period of s ixty days ment ioned in section fifty of t he said Act is also extended to n ine ty days in t he former

case and to one h u n d r e d and t w e n t y days in t he la t ter .
