Land and Environment Court (Repeal)

Regulation 2008

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Civil Procedure Act 2005.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Land and Environment Court Regulation 2005 (which, pursuant to clause 14 of Schedule 6 to the Civil Procedure Act 2005, is taken to be a regulation under that Act). The fees payable under that Regulation in relation to criminal proceedings in the Land and Environment Court are in future to be dealt with by regulations under the Criminal Procedure Act 1986.

This Regulation is made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, including section 18 (the power to make regulations with respect to fees).
