(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Land and Environment Court Act 1979, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1996.
Amendment
2. The Land and Environment Court (Fees) Regulation 1994 is amended by omitting Schedule 1 and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees set out in the Land and Environment Court (Fees) Regulation 1994 to be taken in respect of the business of the Land and Environment Court.
1995—No. 755
The taxation fees (for orders made before 1 July 1994) with respect to filing a bill of costs and lodging an objection to a bill of costs have been removed from the schedule of fees.
Item 19 (b) (i) and (ii) of the schedule has been amended to reflect the extension by
30 minutes of the hours of operation of the office of the registrar.
This Regulation is made under the Land and Environment Court Act 1979, including
section 78 (the general regulation-making power, in particular, section 78 (a)).
