Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) (Simplify) Variation Regulations 2016.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation 4 months after the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Regulations 2010

4—Variation of regulation 7—Sale of land—instalment agreements

Regulation 7—delete "Land Management Corporation" and substitute:

Urban Renewal Authority

5—Variation of regulation 19—Authority to act as agent

Regulation 19—after paragraph (b) insert:

or

(c)the Urban Renewal Authority.
