Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) (Fees) Variation Regulations 2009.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2009.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Regulations 1995

4—Variation of Schedule 3—Contracts for sale of land or businesses—fees

1. Schedule 3, clause 2(2)(a)—delete "$225.00" and substitute:

   $234.00

2. Schedule 3, clause 2(2)(b)—delete "$112.00" and substitute:

   $117.00

3. Schedule 3, clause 2(3)(a)—delete "$33.70" and substitute:

   $35.25

4. Schedule 3, clause 2(3)(b)—delete "$8.60" and substitute:

   $8.90

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
