Part 2 Amendment of Land Regulation 2009 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Land Regulation 2009 . 3 Amendment of s 25B (Purchase price) (1) Section 25B, heading— omit, insert— 25B Purchase price—generally (2) Section 25B(1), after ‘price of land’— insert— , other than land mentioned in sections 25BA and 25BB, (3) Section 25B(3)— omit. 4 Insertion of new ss 25BA and 25BB After section 25B— insert— Page 2 2015 SL No. 52

(2) The purchase price of the land is an amount the Minister considers appropriate. 25BB Purchase price of particular interests in land—Act, s 122 (1) This section applies to land if— (a) the land is the subject of a decision of the Minister under section 122(3) of the Act; and (b) the Minister decides to offer an interest in the land to MEDQ or a constructing authority under section 120A of the Act. (2) The purchase price of the land is an amount the Minister considers appropriate. 5 Amendment of s 27 (Rental categories for rental assessment) Section 27, ‘subsection (4)’— omit, insert— subsection (5) 6 Amendment of s 37B (Rent for leases with particular title references) Section 37B(4), ‘30 June 2015’— omit, insert — 30 June 2016 2015 SL No. 52 Page 3
