Land Act 1958

Land Amendment Regulations 2021

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulation 11 of the Land Regulations 2016 consequential to amendments to the Land Act 1958 by the Parks and Crown Land Legislation Amendment Act 2020.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 413 of the Land Act 1958.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2021.

4Objectives

Regulation 1(a) of the Land Regulations 2016[1] is revoked.

5Definition

(1)In the heading to regulation 5 of the Land Regulations 2016, for "Definitions" substitute "Definition".

(2)In regulation 5 of the Land Regulations 2016, the definition of livestock is revoked.

6Regulation 11 revoked

Regulation 11 of the Land Regulations 2016 is revoked.
