s1 2 s6 Land Amendment (No. 3) No. 337, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Land Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Land Regulation 1988 . ˙ Insertion of new s 30A 3. Part 4A— insert— ˙ Meaning of “region” 30A.(1) In this Part— “region” means the area of the Brisbane, Central, Darling Downs, Far North, Mackay, Northern, South Coast, Sunshine Coast, West or Wide Bay region, and includes part of a region. (2) Each region is described in Schedule 3 (Regions).’. ˙ Amendment of s 32 (Land highly vulnerable to land degradation) 4. Section 32(e)— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 33 (Land of high nature conservation value) 5. Section 33(b)— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 35 (Routine management purposes) 6.(1) Section 35(1)(c) to (e)— omit, insert— ‘(c) establishing, within the limit given in Schedule 2C for the region
s7 3 s8 Land Amendment (No. 3) No. 337, 1994 in which the land is situated, reasonable access for fence maintenance purposes on each side of an existing internal fence or on the inside of an existing boundary fence; (d) making and maintaining, within the limit given in Schedule 2C for the region in which the land is situated, a road giving access to a facility, if the road is of reasonable proportions having regard to the frequency of use of the road and the type of facility; (e) establishing, within the limit given in Schedule 2C for the region in which the land is situated, a firebreak of reasonable width along each side of an existing internal fence, on the inside of an existing boundary fence or around an existing building, stockyard or watering facility;’.
