This regulation commences on 1 June 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Land Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 32 (Interest rate for instalments under post-Wolfe freeholding lease—Act, s 462) 4. Section 32(d), ‘9%’— omit, insert— ‘6%’. ˙ Amendment of s 33 (Interest rate for instalments under grazing homestead freeholding lease—Act, s 466) 5. Section 33(1), from ‘is—’ to ‘6%.’— omit, insert— ‘is 6%.’. ˙ Replacement of sch 4 (Interest rates prescribed) 6. Schedule 4— omit, insert—
