Land Administration (Land Management)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Land Administration (Land
Management) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Administration (Land
Management) Regulations 2006.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

(1)	In regulation 2 in the definition of road delete “same meaning as in the Road Traffic Act 1974;” and insert:
meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4;

(2)	In regulation 2 in the definition of vehicle delete “same meaning as in the Road Traffic Act 1974.” and insert:
meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4.
